Our work is to keep it in the decision: we study how choices are really made, teach the thinking they require, and help teams decide on evidence when the stakes are real.
Who we are
A research and education institute about human reasoning in decisions that carry consequences. Between “we are a data-driven company” and how decisions are actually made there is a chasm — budgets, products and people fall into it. We work in that chasm.
This is not a portfolio of services but the life cycle of the organisation: we research to make the implicit explicit; research feeds what we teach; teaching sets the standard for how we consult; practice returns us to research, with live cases.
