IHR Decision Making
That is the sentence no agency will say to you — and the one we are paid to say when it is true. “We need research”: very often you don’t. First comes the decision and what is already known. If your request needs research, we do it. If it doesn’t, we tell you and save you a quarter.
Questions people bring to a session
Your own request — a 1:1 session with Nina, 30 or 60 minutes. A decision for the business — a quick diagnosis, a hypothesis check or a strategic decision for your case; it starts with the same 60-minute session.
Thirty minutes for one specific request, sixty for a full review. Both online; both end with notes, the recording and the materials promised. You book a slot, pay by card and get the call link with a calendar invite.
One specific knot: a guide before the field, a screener check, one methodological question, a second opinion on a result. You come with a question — you leave with an answer and a next step.
A full review: a research plan for your decision, an audit of what is already done, untangling contradictory data, setting up an AI pipeline for your process. Room for context, not just the question.
A quick diagnosis, a hypothesis check or a strategic decision for your case. It starts with a 60-minute briefing: you bring the decision, we take it apart and agree what it needs — a session, a short check or a longer piece of work. Sometimes the honest answer is that no research is needed, and you leave with that. The format and the price of the next step are agreed after the briefing, once the request is on the table.
Who this is for
The booking form asks a few questions about your context and request — answering them is enough. If you have materials (a guide, a questionnaire, a report), attach or send them in advance: more time goes to substance, less to the intro.
Yes, with your consent — the recording and transcript are yours. Plus my notes by email in any case.
English or Ukrainian — whichever is more comfortable for you.
Rescheduling or cancelling is free 24 hours before the session, for both formats. Refund details are in the refund policy.
Yes. You can come with any question — career, portfolio, a course to choose, a team to build. If it touches research, evidence or decisions, it is a session question.
Yes. One-on-one is not a requirement — bring a colleague or the whole team to the same session. The format and price stay the same.
Then we start with the briefing — the same 60-minute session: we pin down the request there and agree the format that follows — a quick diagnosis, a hypothesis check or a strategic decision for your case.
